Thiago Alcantara wants to play for Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp.
The midfielder is at Bayern Munich, but is unhappy at the German club, and wants to move this summer.
And Fabrizio Romano, an Italian journalist, Alcantara wants the move to the Reds.
He has a year left on his contract and Bayern want roughly £31 million for the player.
"At the moment, the player would like to join Liverpool," Romano told the Beautiful Game Podcast.
"He would like to change and go to the Premier League, he refused to extend his contract with Bayern Munich.
"At the moment he is hoping to join some Premier League clubs, at the moment I don't have any information on Manchester United or any other clubs.
"The only one is Liverpool, because the player would love to join Liverpool.
"He would love to play under Jurgen Klopp as manager, so he hopes it can be a possibility.
"Officially there have been no talks with Bayern Munich and they have received no bids for Thiago."
