    Nigerian rapper, MI Abaga has advised Nigerians to get their Permanent Voter Card ahead of the 2023 elections. Sharing via his InstaStories, MI said, “Spent two hours in a police station last night. The working conditions, the mental conditioning, dilapidation…We have work to do as a country. Get your PVC.”
